Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Ordering occurs through Osmia Oy's online shop: www.osmia.fi.
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order and the products ordered. Order confirmation requires notification of e-mail address when ordering. The Customer commits with every order to valid terms of delivery.
Customer-specific credit limit is 250€
Return Policy: The customer is entitled to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt of the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The returned item must be unopened and unused. The return situation, please contact us by e-mail for instructions: email@example.com
Troubleshooting: If the product is lost during transportation, corrupted, or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must immediately report the error to firstname.lastname@example.org. or by mail to Osmia Oy, Sorvaajankatu 11a, 00880 Helsinki, Finland.

Notification of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, is a product made an immediate claim with the post office.
