Delivery

We will deliver orders to our customers within 2-5 working days. In case of delay, we will inform customers by mail. If the order includes several different products, we strive to provide all at the same time.

Delivery costs in Finland: Shipping costs are determined by the order value, and they added to the bill:

  • less than 30 €, the delivery cost 6€
  • less than 50€, the delivery cost 10€
  • more than 50€, the delivery cost 0€

Delivery to foreign counties: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden and Germany:

  • less than 40€, the delivery cost 9€
  • less than 80€, the delivery cost 14€
  • more than 80€, the delivery cost 0€

Delivery to Austria, Belqium:

  • less than 45€, the delivery cost 22€
  • less than 100€, the delivery cost 26€
  • more than 100€, the delivery cost 0€

Some of our products might have limited availability and they can be out of stock. The products, which are temporarily exhausted, the indication "This product is temporarily out of stock".

In Online payment, the payment messaging service for Checkout Finland is implemented in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.

Ordering

Ordering occurs through Osmia Oy's online shop: www.osmia.fi.

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order and the products ordered. Order confirmation requires notification of e-mail address when ordering. The Customer commits with every order to valid terms of delivery.

Customer-specific credit limit is 250€

Return Policy: The customer is entitled to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt of the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The returned item must be unopened and unused. The return situation, please contact us by e-mail for instructions: osmia@osmia.fi

Troubleshooting: If the product is lost during transportation, corrupted, or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must immediately report the error to osmia@osmia.fi. or by mail to Osmia Oy, Sorvaajankatu 11a, 00880 Helsinki, Finland.

Notification of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, is a product made an immediate claim with the post office.
